Who We Are

Fritz’s Pharmacy opened its first location in May 2003 with six of the most dedicated people on the planet. Although the pharmacies bear the Fritz’s name, we know our success depends on you, the customer! We work hard to be the most caring pharmacy team in West Virginia. Each and every day we will continue to provide the best possible service to every customer every day. That is how we started in 2003 and that is how it will be forever!

It is not about prescriptions at Fritz’s Pharmacy… It is about taking care of people!

Fritz’s Pharmacy was founded on Christian principles. It is our belief to treat people with compassion and conduct business with honesty and integrity. We will work together as a team to serve our patients in a fast, friendly, and efficient manner while providing the highest quality of healthcare at the lowest price possible.

Fritz Glasser

Registered Pharmacist (RPh)

Fritz was born and raised in Steubenville, Ohio. He graduated from Steubenville (Big Red) High School best known for a winning football tradition. He studied biology at Kenyon College and graduated with his degree in pharmacy from the University of South Carolina School of Medicine.

Fritz moved to Greenbrier County as a pharmacist to raise his family.

He decided to start his own business in the 80s and founded Fritz’s Pharmacy in 2003. He love sports, he played baseball in college and coached baseball for multiple generations of players.

Fritz’s favorite part of being a pharmacist is no doubt the people! He cares about each person that walks through the door as if they were family.

Rick Moore

Registered Pharmacist (RPh)

Rick joined Fritz’s Pharmacy in March of 2015. He is the pharmacist-in-charge at our Alderson location. He studied his undergraduate years at Glenville State College and completed his degree in pharmacy at the West Virginia School of Pharmacy.

Rick served in the Army Reserves for eight years.

Rick loves Alderson and the residents! He looks forward to serving his customers each and every day.
